The Texas Board of Criminal Justice (TBCJ) serves in a separate capacity from the Windham School District (Windham) Board of Trustees (Board). Windham is administered by a superintendent, who is selected by the Board. The authority to administer, organize, manage and supervise the daily operations of the district is delegated by the Board to the superintendent, who may further delegate this authority to staff as appropriate. The chief financial officer/division director of operations and division director of instruction report directly to the superintendent.
