Reentry
In order to reduce recidivism, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice provides a Reentry Resource Guide, organized by the individual counties, highlighting detailed services and resources available to individuals following their return to their communities.

Student Records Request
Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (Student Records Requests)
Pursuant to 20 U.S.C. Section 1232g:
The Windham School District Superintendent has designated the Windham Assessment, Advisement & Records Department as an alternate recipient of FACSIMILE requests under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Email requests shall be accepted only if a signed release is scanned and emailed as an attachment, as FERPA allows the release of educational records only through a signed request or in response to a subpoena.
