Windham School District (Windham) acknowledges that each volunteer brings their own unique talents, skills, knowledge and abilities gained through training and/or individual life experiences. Volunteers bring this wealth of knowledge and become valued participants on advisory boards and committees pertaining to academic, career and technical education and life skills training programs. Volunteers assist with specific activities and programs for individuals who are incarcerated, promoting personal growth and educational opportunities. Windham’s goal is to facilitate the resident’s successful reentry back into their communities, to aid in the transition between incarceration and society and to reduce recidivism. Reach out to learn more about how you can help others!
