Open Records

The Office of the General Counsel receives requests for public information.  A person may submit a written request for public information only by one of the following methods:

  • United States mail

A request must include:

1) requestor’s name

2) requestor’s email address or mailing address

3) a detailed description of the requested information

If a requestor provides an email address, Windham will use that email address for communication related to the request and to provide requested information, unless the requestor specifies another method.
