PROPOSED RULE REVIEWS
Windham School District proposes review of the entirety of Chapter 300, regarding General Provisions, found in Title 19, Part 8, Texas Administrative Code. Chapter 300 includes two rules: §300.1, Public Presentations and Comments to the Windham School District Board of Trustees, and §300.2, Windham School District Board of Trustees Operating Procedures. This review is conducted pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2001.039.
An assessment will be made as to whether the reasons for initially adopting the rule continue to exist. The rule will be reviewed to determine whether to readopt, readopt with amendments, or repeal the rule. Comments related to the review must be received by November 10, 2026, and should be directed to:
